Triton Systems Announces GDMC has Acquired its VOmax® Performance Wear Business

CHELMSFORD, Mass, March 1, 2018: Triton Systems (Triton), a product development and venturing company that develops innovative technologies and leverages them to build commercial enterprises, announced GFDMC USA, LLC (GDMC) has acquired Triton’s VOmax business, a high-performance custom and retail sports clothing company located in Northampton, MA.
VOmax was founded in 1982 and acquired by Triton in 2010 with an emphasis on supporting Triton’s product development initiatives in new textiles while also growing its performance wear line of cycling, running triathlon, Nordic and other performance sports clothing.
