Triton Systems and CenterLine SST Announce Strategic Partnership

Chelmsford, MA & Windsor, ON

Triton Systems, Inc. and CenterLine’s Supersonic Spray Technologies (SST) Division today announced a strategic partnership to co-develop and deliver advanced cold spray technologies designed to address critical warfighter sustainment, rapid repair, and operational readiness challenges. The companies will jointly showcase their collaborative capabilities at the 10th Annual Military Additive Manufacturing Summit & Technology Showcase (MILAM 2026), taking place February 3-5, 2026, in Tampa, Florida, the largest defense additive manufacturing event in North America.

This partnership aligns Triton Systems’ deep technical expertise in cold spray (CS) additive manufacturing, repairs, coatings, process engineering, and defense innovation with CenterLine SST’s proven design and field-adaptable hardware capabilities, enabling the development of compact, ruggedized cold spray systems optimized for point-of-need repair, sustainment logistics, and mission-critical deployments across U.S. and allied defense supply chains.

“Triton Systems is committed to delivering manufacturing and service solutions that support readiness and operational agility,” said Dr. Bryer Sousa, Cold Spray Team Leader, Triton Systems. “By partnering with CenterLine SST, we’re combining best-in-class technologies and flexible engineering approaches to solve real warfighter challenges — from rapid tactical repair to resilient sustainment operations in complex environments.”

Competitive Advantage in the U.S. Defense Ecosystem

Under the joint development framework, Triton Systems and CenterLine SST will co-engineer modular CS systems and solutions built to meet stringent defense requirements for size, weight, power, performance, and portability (SWaP-C).

This partnership strengthens Triton Systems’ ability to deliver integrated CS solutions that align with evolving U.S. defense acquisition priorities and industrial base resilience. By combining Triton’s U.S.-based CS service capability with CenterLine SST’s North American manufacturing pedigree, the partnership offers multiple advantages in an environment where defense customers are increasingly focused on supply chain responsiveness, sustainment flexibility, and interoperability with North American support networks.

Joint Solutions at MILAM 2026

At MILAM 2026, Triton Systems and CenterLine SST representatives will engage with defense stakeholders to discuss their partnership, capabilities, and tailored sustainment solutions. The companies will highlight how their combined technologies close operational gaps, reduce repair turnaround times, and strengthen resilience of the industrial base — supporting the broader defense community’s adoption of advanced manufacturing.
