Triton Systems Expands with New Chelmsford Facility to Launch Advanced Metal Additive Manufacturing Capabilities

Chelmsford, Mass, March 25, 2025: Triton Systems Inc. is proud to announce the expansion of its advanced manufacturing operations into a new facility at 250 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford, MA. Strategically located at the intersection of I-495 and Route 3, this expansion strengthens Triton’s role as a leader in the Route 129 technology corridor and reinforces its commitment to driving innovation in defense and aerospace manufacturing.
The new facility will house cutting-edge cold spray additive manufacturing technology, enabling the production of large-scale, high-performance metallic components critical to the U.S. defense and aerospace sectors.

The Apollo Drive facility is expected to be fully operational by the third quarter of 2025. Triton has already established collaborations with local academic institutions and workforce development partners, including MassMEP, to support technology transition and training initiatives. Triton’s corporate headquarters and primary R&D center will continue to operate at 330 Billerica Road in Chelmsford.
